The advantage of using dynamic inversion controllers is that you can swap-out the on-board vehicle dynamic models and use the same controller architecture for another aircraft.[^1] Dynamic inversion reduces the needs for gain scheduling.[^1] It also compensates for nonlinear coupled dynamics.[^1]
